     - According to the contract of carriage between passenger and airlines, airlines must ensure the punctuality of flights and days. The airline has its own compensation policy when the flight was canceled and postponed. Agents do not have competence to decide compensation. Agents only support the best possibilities to bring the most benefit to passengers.
